Dispatch Customer Service Position

Full Time: 40 Hours, M-F 7a-4p

Hourly Rate: $42k-50k/year

Location: 282 Main Street Harleysville PA

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Ability to Learn and Adapt Quickly
  • Geographical Knowledge of Tri-State Region (PA,NJ,DE)
  • Flexibility and Multitasking Abilities
  • Dispatch and Scheduling Experience Preferred
  • Customer Service, Phone Sales Experience Preferred
  • Inventory, Purchasing Experience a Plus
  • Upbeat, Team-Oriented Attitude


  • Schedule incoming installation and service requests
  • Write service work orders, follow up with customers regarding appointment reminders, scheduling changes and inquiries
  • Communicate with sales staff, service technicians and installers regularly through text, email and google workspace applications
  • Provide oversight and fulfill scheduling needs for fleet maintenance, repairs, registrations, etc.
  • Offer sales support for specific product lines in retail store and over the phone
  • Purchasing inventory for all upcoming jobs and reserve stock
  • Perform year end inventory tasks such as reporting, gathering product counts, overseeing fluidity of department incoming and outgoing supplies
  • Support marketing and advertising efforts, assisting in decision making
  • Work as a team member on projects as needed and requested by supervisor
