Henry Quick, wet/dry and battery vacuum motors 2 years

Labor No separate period

The five-year canister motor term requires Henry HepaFlo bags. Motor coverage drops to two years if the vacuum is used bagless or with another manufacturer’s bags.

Before requesting service

Keep your proof of purchase and have the model, serial number and a description of the issue ready. Register your Henry and follow the care instructions supplied with your vacuum.

The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects. Wear items and misuse are excluded, and bags, filters and other routine replacement items are not covered repairs. Contact us before arranging service and we’ll help you with the next step.
