Coverage starts at purchase and applies to the original purchaser. The household warranty excludes commercial use. Neither model has a separate extended motor term.

What the warranty covers

Qualifying defects in materials or workmanship are covered with parts and labor through an authorized Simplicity service center. The warranty is not a routine maintenance plan.

Exclusions include normal replacement items such as bags, filters and belts; misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance and damage caused by unauthorized repairs or non-genuine parts. Products purchased, used or operated outside the USA and Canada are excluded.

Before requesting service

Warranty service requires proof of purchase and the product serial number. Have these, the model and a description of the fault ready when you contact us. Register your Simplicity online and keep your purchase records.

A service assessment determines whether a repair is covered.
