SEBO Warranty Information

Warranty upgrade available free from CJ Miller Vacuum - 10 yr motor & non wear parts, 7 yrs labor.

The free upgrade comes with every SEBO you buy from CJ Miller Vacuum, except the BALANCE A1 and SOFTCASE models.

SEBO standard U.S. household warranty

Corded SEBO vacuums used at home come with SEBO’s standard limited warranty:

CJ Miller Vacuum is an authorized SEBO dealer, so every SEBO we sell carries these terms. They apply to the original owner and cover the machine while it is in the United States. Automatic X models also have lifetime drive-belt coverage, including replacement labor.

Commercial use: 1-year warranty through SEBO.

BALANCE A1 and SOFTCASE

BALANCE A1 cordless vacuum: 2-year warranty, 1-year warranty on the battery. The standard corded schedule and the free upgrade do not apply to it.

SOFTCASE CE12: this model has its own SEBO warranty terms, shown on the warranty card supplied with it. The free upgrade does not apply to it.

Getting warranty help

Keep your receipt. Have your model, serial number, purchase date and a description of the problem ready when you contact us. Warranty repairs are handled through SEBO or an authorized SEBO dealer.

Normal wear, consumables, routine maintenance and misuse are not covered.
