Warranty information for your vacuum

CJ Miller Vacuum is an authorized dealer for SEBO, Miele, Riccar, Simplicity and Henry. Warranty coverage depends on your exact model, purchase date and how the vacuum is used. Use the brand links on this page for model-specific coverage, exclusions and the next steps for service.

If you are unsure which terms apply to your vacuum, ask us before arranging a repair.

Find the right information

  • SEBO: Warranty upgrade available free from CJ Miller Vacuum - 10 yr motor & non wear parts, 7 yrs labor, on every SEBO except the Balance A1 and Softcase. The Balance A1 has a 2-year warranty, 1-year warranty on the battery. Commercial use: 1-year warranty through SEBO.
  • Henry and Hetty: the HVR200, Hetty, Henry Pet Care and Henry Quick are covered by Henry’s household warranty.
  • Miele: the Classic C1 and Triflex models have different U.S. warranty periods. Match the guide to your exact vacuum.
  • Riccar: coverage varies by model, and some models have separate battery terms.
  • Simplicity: household coverage does not cover commercial use.

Before requesting warranty service

  1. Have the model number, serial number, purchase date and receipt ready.
  2. Note what is not working and any troubleshooting already tried.
  3. Contact us and we’ll help you find the right warranty and service route. Please don’t ship a vacuum or arrange a repair before you have the service instructions.
