What warranty does it have?

Henry’s domestic warranty program gives 10 years on the motor when Henry OEM bags are used (motor coverage drops to 2 years otherwise), 10 years on switches, tanks and electrical parts excluding wear items, and 3 years labor. Call us with any questions.

Which bags does it use?

HepaFlo NVM-1CH bags, order code 604015, which fit Henry’s 160, 180 and 200 series.

Does it switch between carpet and hard floors?

Yes. The combination floor tool switches between carpets and hard floors.

Is Hetty different from Henry?

Only in color and face. Hetty has all the specifications of Henry.

How much does the drum hold?

2.5 gallons, so you can clean longer between bag changes.

Care & replacement supplies

Replace the bag when it is full or suction drops. Bags are sealed and thrown away, not reused. The replacement filter is 604311.
