The SEBO AUTOMATIC X8 in Dark Blue (91566AM) is the wide-path member of SEBO’s automatic upright family. Its 15-inch power head covers more carpet with each pass and sets its own brush height, which makes it a strong fit for larger rooms and open floor plans.

One brush mode, no buttons

The X8 does not have the X7’s boost (brush-mode) button. It runs in SEBO’s default automatic mode, which suits most flooring types.

Built-in protection

If a full bag, clog or very dirty microfilter blocks airflow, a red light comes on and the vacuum shuts off after 30 seconds to protect the motor.

Questions & care

X8 or X7: which should I choose?

Both share SEBO’s automatic height system, LED headlight and 40-foot cord. The X8 has a 15-inch head for bigger rooms; the X7 Premium has a 12-inch head and a boost button.

Is it safe on all my floors?

SEBO warns that rotating brushes can damage some high-gloss hardwood, cushion vinyl, berber, long shag and delicate carpets. Test in a hidden spot first.

How far can the hose reach?

8 feet with the wand. SEBO’s optional 9-foot extension hose brings total hose length to 15 feet.

Care & replacement supplies

Change the bag when the bag light stays on. Replace both microfilters after about 20 bags; bags aren’t reusable and filters shouldn’t be washed.
