The SEBO AUTOMATIC X7 Premium in Arctic White (91542AM) is a bagged upright that sets its own brush height. Its 12-inch power head rises and lowers as you cross from carpet to hard floor, and a boost button lets the brush dig deeper when a rug needs more than the default setting.

Why you’ll love it

No height dial to set: an electronic controller reads how hard the brush is working and moves the power head up or down for you.
Boost for rugs and carpet: press the button on the power head when a carpet needs deeper brush action; the default suits most floors.
Warning lights that protect the machine: you’re told about a full bag, a clog or a worn brush, and the vacuum shuts off if something jams the brush.
LED headlight: lights the floor ahead so dust under tables and in dim hallways is easier to spot.
Wand and hose always attached: pull them from the handle for an 8-foot reach to corners, edges and upholstery.

What the green lights mean

Two green lights, one for up and one for down, show the power head adjusting. When both are off, the brush is at its working height for that floor.

Questions & care

Will it work on my hard floors?

Yes. The automatic height control adjusts the power head for hard floors as well as carpet. SEBO warns that rotating brushes can damage some high-gloss hardwood, cushion vinyl, berber, long shag and delicate carpets, so test a hidden spot first. Ask our team about SEBO’s soft-bristle X7 brush roller for sensitive floors.

Does boost stay on?

No. The button lights green while boost is active and resets when you switch the vacuum off, so press it again on your next use if you want it.

Can I clean stairs with it?

The built-in wand and hose reach 8 feet. SEBO’s optional 9-foot extension hose brings total hose length to 15 feet for stairs.

Care & replacement supplies

Change the bag when the bag light stays on. Replace both microfilters after about 20 bags, and don’t reuse bags or wash the filters.
